Description

The event outputs information about a certificate template loaded by the certification authority. It is similar to the Details of the event with ID 4898 of the source Microsoft-Windows-Security-Auditing.

The event occurs only when the Logging level has been set to 4 (CERTLOG_VERBOSE) or higher for the event log of the relevant certification authority.
